Classes/Workshops (Currently on hold) - A series of classes/workshops that each have formal and experiential elements. Both are designed to empower participants to acquire and practice mindfulness & optimal well-being techniques. (Classes = 30-45min / Workshops = 2-2.5hrs)

MBSR Program

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a structured, participatory, and supportive program that does true by its name. The course effectively provides participants with tools to increase health and happiness by reducing stress, manage chronic illness or pain, and empower those with psychological struggles.  

MSBR is based off Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn's work and has proven to increase the overall happiness of program graduates. The program consists of 8 weekly 2.5 hour sessions and a one day retreat (hosted locally on a weekend).

The structured program regularly transforms participants within 8 weeks.
